Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the items.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
